Am I the A-hole for expecting my friends to sometimes help me with tasks?

My roommates and I have been living together for about six months. We've made a decent agreement where we each take turns doing the cleaning, but lately, it feels like I'm always the one handling the work. Last week, my friend totally forgot to do their turn. I got really upset because they just didn't even notice. I told them that it was unfair, and they got defensive. Now, they're saying I'm being a jerk. Am I really the asshole here?

Should I talk to them again?
